Refund policy

We aim to ensure that your shopping experience is positive and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If this happens, we offer a general return and exchange process to support you.

General Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
If you need to request a return or exchange, email us at ampelshop@outlook.com with your order number. Our customer service team will provide the instructions and guidance needed to proceed.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
Once your request is approved and we provide the return/exchange address, please send the item back within 30 days. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can only issue a refund or process an exchange once the product has been received. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange
When your returned item arrives, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and process a replacement (for exchanges) or issue a refund.

Please Note:
You must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent directly to the sender or to a local post office without prior communication will not be accepted. You may email us with the subject line RETURN.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued for items that fall within the scope of our Return/Exchange Policy.
If you wish to dispute an order, you must contact us directly before requesting any refund and follow the proper process.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items
We accept returns or exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects. Issues related to sizing, change of mind, damage caused by use, washing, self-repair, or any external intervention do not qualify as quality issues.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact. We cannot offer refunds for garments that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Items sent as replacements or exchanges are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Ampel is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to refusal of shipment, incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or wrong consignee information. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued.
If you notice incorrect order details, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and updated information.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received your items. Do not send returns to the sender’s address printed on your package. Contact our customer service team at ampelshop@outlook.com to obtain the correct return address.

Refund/Exchange
Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse and are confirmed to meet the required conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days at no extra cost.
You will receive an email once your return package has been received and informed whether it qualifies for a refund.
A second email will be sent once the refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear.
